My mother turned 83 and she didn’t need to live by herself any longer. My brother called CMC Services. We met at my house
and came up with a design for a room addition with separate bath that day. We also decided to consolidate twp of my existing bedrooms into
on and remodel an existing bath in my home. We financed the renovation with a 203k loan and filed a roof claim with my insurance company.
We closed on the loan two months later and 4-months after that the renovation was complete.
Mom is very happy in her new space and we could not be happier
